There is no additional charge for our hotel and ground
transportation services; we are compensated on the same basis
as a travel agency. However -- unlike a travel agency -- we pre-book
large blocks of rooms at selected hotels well in advance of show
 dates, ensuring our clients of a wide choice of accommodation.

And -- unlike a travel agency -- we provide on-site, multi-lingual staff
at the larger events, to handle those inevitable last-minute
changes and cancellations.

Because we deal with hundreds of rooms at any show, we are often
able to match new requirements from one client with cancellation
requests from another, often thereby avoiding hotel penalty
charges. For some tradeshows, penalties could be
as much as the cost of the entire booking!

There is a (negotiated) charge for handling chalet catering, restaurant
bookings, and gala receptions.
